LEGISLATOR GUARDS: The Silent Judges

Revan’s personal guard. Biomechanical constructs created from the same code as the Watchers, but stripped of will and memory. Their helmets burn with crimson visors, their movements perfectly synchronized, and their high-frequency blades cut with absolute precision. They exist only to erase.

Forged by the Astral Hegemony as living weapons of obedience, the Legislator Guards are the ultimate expression of the regime’s will. They are biomechanical enforcers deployed only under direct command of Commander Thælos Revan, silent hunters who strike with precision and leave nothing but absence in their wake.

Where the Watchers were designed to preserve, the Guards exist to erase.

The Legislator Guards were engineered from the corrupted source code of the PHNTM Watchers. Stripped of individuality, stripped of memory, and rebuilt with the sole purpose of annihilation, they became the Hegemony’s answer to rebellion. Their creation was sanctioned by the Quasar Act, a decree that declared Earth’s memory an existential threat.

Unlike soldiers or mercenaries, the Guards cannot be bribed, reasoned with, or persuaded. Their activation is tied exclusively to the biometric authority of Commander Revan. To the Hegemony, they are perfection: order without hesitation, violence without conscience.

The Guards’ design is sleek, predatory, and unmistakable. Their bodies are clad in segmented composite armor, engineered for both agility and resilience. Each unit carries a high frequency vibrating blade, able to cut through alloys with surgical precision.

Their helmets are angular and stylized, each crowned with a crimson visor that glows like a burning slit of fire. These visors were chosen not to grant them identity, but to symbolize judgment: cold, unblinking, and ever-watchful. When deployed in formation, rows of glowing visors cut through the dark, advancing as a wall of steel and light.

The Guards no longer resemble the faceless anonymity of machines. Instead, their gaze is predatory, a constant reminder that no act of defiance escapes the Hegemony’s sight.

The Blade

Each carries a high frequency vibrating blade, a weapon that leaves no second chance, symbolizing the regime’s philosophy of finality.

The Red Visor

A mark of surveillance and judgment, the reminder that the Hegemony sees all.

The Formation

They move as one, echoing the actions of their lead unit, embodying the doctrine of absolute obedience.

The Legislator Guards stand as the mirror opposite of the Watchers. Both were born from the same code, yet where ZSO-01 fights to preserve memory, the Guards exist to obliterate it. They are Revan’s personal executioners, deployed only when resistance must not merely be defeated but erased entirely.

To survivors, they are nightmares: red-eyed figures in the smoke, blades cutting through silence. To ZSO-01, they are the shadow of what he could have become if memory had been replaced by obedience.

Monomolecular Blades

Swords vibrating at extreme frequencies, capable of slicing through reinforced alloys with ease.

Perfect Synchronization

Guards echo the movements of their lead unit, creating a devastating tactical mirroring effect.

Unshakable Obedience

Bound entirely to Commander Revan’s biometric signature, they cannot be subverted.

Enhanced Durability

Biomechanical armor resists most conventional weapons, reinforced by redundant systems.

Silent Advance

Their operations are conducted in complete silence, overwhelming enemies with fear before the first strike falls.

ALLIES

The Legislator Guards serve no one but the Hegemony, and above all, only Commander Revan. They are pieces in a greater machine of domination, working in perfect cohesion with the forces of the Quasar Program.

COMMANDER THÆLOS REVAN: Legislator of the Void

Supreme commander of the Quasar forces. Once a criminal from the galactic underworld, reshaped by war and machinery, he now believes history itself is humanity’s weakness. His presence is marked by his towering frame, his mask, and the crushing gravity hammer he wields.

Architect of the Quasar initiative, Dael rose from historian to legislator by weaponizing memory. He authored the Quasar Act, declaring Earth’s legacy a threat to stability. Hidden behind glass-thread robes and neural veils, he embodies the cold logic of censorship.

Recon sharpshooters whose drones and orbital beacons enhance the Guards’ surgical precision.

Shadow operatives who infiltrate before the Guards’ arrival, ensuring no resistance survives their approach.

Heavy infantry who shield and support the Guards during planetary strikes.

ENNEMIES

The Guards are unleashed against any who defy the Hegemony’s order. Their enemies are those who cling to memory, who resist silence, or who embody rebellion itself.

ZSO-01 : Le Dernier Veilleur
SYYR HEX : Le Voleur d’Étincelles
KAEL VARN : Le Traqueur de Poussière
AYA-KIN : Voix des Spores
AYA-KIN : Voix des Spores

ZSO-01: The Last Watcher

The first of the Watchers, and now the last. Scarred by a century of survival, he feeds on unstable Carbon Ether that corrodes his body and mind. His twin katanas and haunted helmet make him both guardian and ghost. He lives only for his mission, to preserve humanity’s memory.

A rogue hacker and former colonial engineer. Betrayed after uncovering the regime’s manipulation of history, he crashed back to Earth and now aids ZSO-01. With his prosthetic arm and mastery of obsolete networks, he can unlock PHNTM bunkers and restore damaged Nexus Cores.

Once a pilot in the Hegemony’s recon corps, Kael disobeyed orders to save stranded civilians and chose exile over obedience. Armed with a custom rail rifle and unrivaled knowledge of the wastelands, he guides ZSO-01 through forbidden paths.

Born in irradiated fungal zones, Aya-Kin bears glowing skin where it wasn’t replaced by mechanical parts and a symbiotic bond with Earth’s mutated ecosystems. Considered myth by many, she commands spores that disrupt machines and whispers with the ruins themselves. To her, Earth is not dead, it is ready for a new era.

Descendants of the abandoned, mutated and savage. They wear scavenged armor painted with bones and rust, carrying improvised weapons and endless hunger. Some serve the Hegemony for the promise of escape, others fight only to destroy.

The Legislator Guards are not soldiers, they are not men, and they are not remembered as individuals. They are symbols of the Astral Hegemony’s perfection, living proof that obedience can be absolute. To the colonies, they are guardians of order. To the ruins of Earth, they are executioners without faces, red-eyed judges who bring only silence.
