At Phantum, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@phantum.co.
